  • state, summary, trajectory, and variable_labels remain available for traceability.

  • cortisol (Cortisol) maps to source symbol X3; units: microg_dl; evidence: source metadata names X3 as cortisol.
  • crh (Crh) maps to source symbol X1; units: ng_ml; evidence: source metadata names X1 as CRH.
  • x1_a0 (X1 A0) maps to source symbol a0; units: ng_ml_min; evidence: source symbol, component, or units provide a direct public name.
  • x1_a1 (X1 A1) maps to source symbol a1; units: ng_ml_min; evidence: source symbol, component, or units provide a direct public name.
  • x1_a2 (X1 A2) maps to source symbol a2; units: dl_microg; evidence: source symbol, component, or units provide a direct public name.

Ambiguous source symbols are intentionally given conservative names such as model_state_*, cell_population_*, or rate_constant_* rather than unsupported biological interpretations.

The visualisation renders a scientific Q/A table, selected source-variable trajectories, final observable values, and source/runtime evidence. The cards use runtime outputs from the core wrapper and suppress empty data.
