This Biosimulant lab wraps Zatorsky2006 P53 3 as a runnable systems biology model with a companion visualization module. The model reproduces time profile of p53 and Mdm2 as depicted in Fig 6B of the paper for Model 4. It can be used to explore the configured dynamics and compare scenario outcomes across configurations.
