Founding Frontend Engineer

What you will do

• Own polished product surfaces across the web app, Hub, desktop UI, run review, lab browsing, and workspace flows.
• Improve navigation, dashboards, account surfaces, empty states, loading states, and interaction details that make Biosimulant feel reliable.
• Build durable frontend systems with clear state, routing, testing, and component patterns across browser and desktop surfaces.

What you bring

• Strong production experience with TypeScript, React, CSS, and component-driven frontend architecture.
• Comfort designing dense application workflows where correctness, speed, and usability matter more than decoration.
• Ability to ship independently while keeping product code readable, tested, accessible, and easy to extend.

Helpful background

• Experience with Next.js App Router, Tauri, Playwright, Vitest, graph/canvas interfaces, or design systems.
• Background building developer tools, data tools, scientific interfaces, or other dense professional software.
