Product Manager, Operations

What you will do

• Run the product cadence with engineering: priorities, the weekly review, and what actually ships each week.
• Own the relationship with the labs, startups, and researchers we build for, and turn their needs into scoped, shippable work.
• Work with our PhD scientists to decide which models and workflows to build next, and keep that pipeline moving from idea to published lab.
• Keep the business side running: tracking, reporting, partner pipeline support, and the operating admin a small team needs to stay fast.

What you bring

• Experience running product or operations on a small team where you owned the cadence end to end rather than one slice of it.
• Comfort talking to technical people, whether researchers, engineers, or founders, and turning vague needs into scoped work with a clear definition of done.
• Enough technical fluency to work with engineers and scientists without needing everything translated.

Helpful background

• Background in biotech, scientific software, developer tools, or a research environment.
• Experience with community, content, or developer-facing programs.
